Dear Representative Rodriguez,

            As you know, there is a bill (S # 14721) pending in Congress to

fund the building of a new veterans’ hospital in our city. I am writing to urge you to support this bill.

            The disabled veterans in our area have to travel a great distanceto go to the nearest veterans’ hospital. It is very inconvenient and time consuming for the veterans an their families to travel so far medical care. A new hospital in our city would also create new jobs to help our economy.

            Please let me know your position on this issue.
