Process

1. You will be divided into groups of 3 and each student will complete a question sheet about 3 members of Congress.

2. Each group will find 1 to 2 articles concerning the recent action of at least 1 Congressman using the provided websites.

3. You will divide up the sheets so that each student explores the websites of 3 Congress members and answers the questions pertaining to that person.

4. After becoming familiar with these leaders and being current on their actions in the Legislature, you will write your Congressman a letter or e-mail with your cares and concerns.

5. Then each group will choose one congressman to present before the class. They will not be repeated so there will be only 9 groups presenting (because there are 9 Congressman).

6. Your presentation can contain any information that you would like to share about this person and you must include at least 1 visual aid. (This could include, using the website in front of the class, making a Power Point presentation, making a poster, etc.)
